NexusFlow Gateway may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time for legal, technological, security, or business reasons. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

NexusFlow Gateway provides enterprise-grade AI compute orchestration, including but not limited to multi-model routing, elastic load balancing, automated content processing, data analysis, API endpoint debugging, and cloud infrastructure resource scheduling. The features available to you depend on your selected plan and the live state of the platform interface.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and kept current at all times.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials (passwords, API keys, access secrets) and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must promptly notify NexusFlow Gateway of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security incident. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

Access to certain features of the Service requires payment in accordance with our published pricing, including one-time Compute Credit top-ups, usage-based blocks, or recurring plans where applicable.

Refund Policy: All transactions are final. Compute Credits, prepaid balances, and access permissions, once credited to your account or partially consumed, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise unauthorized activity;
• Producing or distributing deceptive, obscene, defamatory, violent, or malicious material (including malware, phishing payloads, or harassment content);
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to bypass the Service’s security controls or integrity mechanisms;
• Running workloads that unreasonably overload, saturate, or compromise the stability of our infrastructure or any upstream model backends;
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially redistributing the Service without prior written authorization.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice, forfeiture of any unused balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of uptime, throughput, accuracy, security, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusFlow Gateway shall not be liable for any service interruptions, data loss, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from network issues, scheduled maintenance, platform upgrades, third-party backend failures, or events of force majeure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which NexusFlow Gateway is operated. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Any unresolved matter shall be submitted to the competent local courts or recognized arbitration bodies for final resolution.
